Our Story

It started with a kitchen drawer.

You know the one. Full of gadgets that seemed like a great idea at the time — a mandoline slicer still in the box, three spatulas that all do the same thing, and something that might be a garlic press or might be a torture device. Nobody's sure.

I'm Andrew. Dad of two, husband of one very patient woman, and someone who has spent an embarrassing amount of time down the rabbit hole of "wait, that actually exists?"

A few years ago I started keeping a running list on my phone. Every time I found something that genuinely made life easier — a product that worked exactly like it promised, that my wife actually used more than once, that my kids fought over — I wrote it down. Not to be a collector. Just because finding something that actually delivers is rarer than it should be.

Friends started asking. "Hey, where'd you get that?" "Can you send me that link?" "My sister needs one of those."

Thrive & Co is that list. Turned into a store.

Everything here passed a simple test: would I actually buy this again? If the answer is yes, it's in. If it's a gimmick, it's not. We don't carry everything — we carry the right things. And we're adding new ones every week because honestly, I can't stop looking.
