At Thrive & Co, we stand behind everything we carry. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our Return Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Our Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at shopthriveandco@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[your order number]
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label
Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
- For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Thrive & Co will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- For returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Thrive & Co is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
- If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Consumable products that have been opened (e.g., replacement pads, filters, or refillable items)
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at shopthriveandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We may not be able to honor damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us at shopthriveandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. Contact us immediately at shopthriveandco@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
