Thank you for shopping with Thrive & Co. We're a US-based business and we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international destinations at this time.


Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page at shopthriveandco.com/pages/track-your-order.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable US carriers depending on your location and the product ordered. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment and is not customizable.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • US federal holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holiday season)
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

Thrive & Co is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order ships in multiple packages.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Thrive & Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at shopthriveandco@gmail.com. We will do our best to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any secure package areas
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
  3. Contact your local carrier facility directly with your tracking number
  4. If the package is still not located after 48 hours, contact us at shopthriveandco@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Thrive & Co is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders if available at checkout.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything
  2. Contact us at shopthriveandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
